What’s good homies?

Alright, so basically you have a taste for chicken but not a clue what to do with it after you’ve cooked it at least. So I’ll cut the chit chat and get right to my 3 favorite things to either do or eat with chicken so that way you keep it keto as f.ck.

Keeping It Keto

Before I jump into my top three picks, one thing I must say is that chicken tends to be a lean meat so what you will notice in my top three list are things that are either high in fat or high in fat.

No matter what type of ketogenic lifestyle you’re living, your macros are going to be high in fat. It doesn’t really matter who you are. You cannot do keto without embracing the fat. Ijs.

Now that I got that off my chest, let’s dive off into my top 3 picks.

Pick Number 3: A Hefty Heffer

Wait! I think that’s spelled heifer. In any case, my 3rd favorite thing to pair with chicken is hamburgers. I just prefer them because they are easy and quick to cook, most restaurants have them on the menu and they add fat back into your life.

Not to mention, you can add virtually anything to a hamburger whether it’s cheese or bacon as long as it’s not a bun or sugar. Hell, you could even add your chicken on top of the burger.

A fatty patty is the best though. I will go to about a high of 85/15 (meat/fat ratio) or down to my personal favorite 75/25. Then I will add some Select Savory Seasoning Habanero Salt or Select Chop House to it for maximum flavor.

Pick Number 2: Make It Wet

My second favorite thing to pair with chicken is none other than more fat.

I will grab sauces that are high in fat just to mix with my chicken. If you are anything like me, then you have no problem making a meal out of chicken by itself. I can comfortably eat 2 to 3 lbs of chicken wings for my one meal a day (omad).

One of my most favorite fatty sauces is to mix hot sauce and sour cream together to form a type of buffalo sauce. It helps that the sour cream also keeps you from burning your mouth by helping cool down the chicken. Apparently letting the wings cool on its own is not an option.

I also love Primal Kitchen and Tessemae sauces. You can’t go wrong with either brand. The ranch flavors are fireeee, high in fat, and low in carbs.

Pick Number 1: All Hail The Za

Enough foreplay, time for the climax.

My number one favorite thing to eat with chicken is cheese and toppings in form of a keto pizza. This pick right there is my favorite because you can add as many fatty toppings (pepperoni, bacon, steak or etc) as you want and create a different experience every time using different combinations of toppings

Here’s what you do…

You completely cover a 12in non-stick skillet with mozzarella cheese. While the cheese is melting on the stove top over medium heat, sprinkle some sea salt and pizza seasoning over it.

Once the cheese has melted, you begin to place all of your toppings on the melted cheese along with more pizza seasoning and mozzarella cheese.

Let it cook on med-high heat until the edges of the pizza are golden brown. From there, you can take it out the skillet to let cool before cutting into slice to enjoy.
